Indian Wedding Florida :

:: childhood dreams::

During my childhood, I lived beside a movie theater. This was a time before the internet had become a household staple. Interestingly, many of the theater's employees resided in the same building as I did, and we formed a close-knit group of friends. I enjoyed a unique kind of perk—unlimited access to movies, far from the conventional "friends with benefits" one might imagine. The range of films available to us was limited, a direct result of the Iron Curtain's efforts to shield us from what was deemed harmful Capitalist influence. Our selection included productions from the USSR, East Germany, Czechoslovakia, Poland, a few French titles, and an extensive collection of Indian/Bollywood films. It was through these films that I developed a deep affection for love stories, mesmerizing dance sequences, and exquisite outfits.

Now, whenever I am commissioned to photograph an Indian wedding, my heart leaps with joy. Although I anticipate spending hours capturing moments against stunning backdrops, the true reward comes in the form of witnessing the breathtaking beauty of the brides' attire and indulging in the delicious cuisine.
